Episode #310
Can you learn storytelling from a bean?
A few weeks ago Beth Ann Locke, Shanon Doolittle, Marc A. Pitman, and I were in Chicago. Beth said, “Let’s go to the Bean”.
So we did.
Then Beth started talking about some storytelling tips she learned from the Bean. And since I had my trusty camera, I said, “Let’s film this”.
So we did. I hope you enjoy this as much as we enjoyed making it. And if you’re in Chicago in November, come join us at the 2016 Nonprofit Storytelling Conference.

This is nice and timely for me, as I’m pulling together some collateral that I want to use to draw people in and be reflective of them (see what I did there?). Good, heartfelt, emotive stories! I’m sending this clip to my colleagues in advance of our filming.
