A-1: This can sometimes happen when your IT department has blacklisted videos from unknown sources. Ask your IT department to allow videos from this website to come through your firewall. If this doesn’t work, then I’d suggest you watch these videos at home or some place else where the internet security isn’t set so high.
A-2: If you are viewing the videos on a desktop computer, you may need to update your Flash video player. You can download the latest version of flash from the Adobe website.
Q: The video stutters and stops?
A: The videos are downloaded into your browser. So if you are experiencing any stuttering or stopping, that usually means that the video hasn’t downloaded completely. Please take a moment and wait for the video to download fully.
