Episode #309
Are donor meetings hard to get?
Tammy Zonker was having a tough time getting meetings with donors. But then she discovered something.
She discovered that donors have certain needs and wants. And once she figured out what they were, she started getting donors calling her back and meeting with her.
Tammy has come up with five different ways that will help you connect with your donors and get a meeting with them. Watch the video and use these five ways to connect with your donors.

BRILLIANT! What a great way to “package” the tools that every major gift officer should be employing. A colleague of mine shared this idea with me once and its paid off…she looks at the “national day of…” calendar and when she sees a day that falls in the interest of a particular donor, she calls and asks if she can come by and celebrate with them. i.e. National Hamburger Day–she takes the donor who loves hamburgers out to lunch for a hamburger. Donors want to be known for more than just their money.
