Episode #292
Do your board members resist helping you raise major gifts?
If so, try these tips from Amy Eisenstein.
As you’ll see, Amy has been helping reluctant board members become comfortable bringing in major gifts. You’ll hear the story of one reluctant board member who brought in a $10,000 gift.
Amy has some terrific advice on her website as well. Check it out here: Amy’s website

Chris, we incorporate one board meeting with a weekend with our major donors. At that “President’s Circle”, we bring in leaders of projects we have funded so that both the board and major donors get to see the projects first hand. We move that gathering around the country.
