Episode #170
What would happen if you had a culture of thanking at your nonprofit?
When the executive director of NPower NW, Alison Carl White, was trying to figure out a way to build their individual giving and to better show appreciation to their donors, she decided to get her board members to call and thank donors directly.
In today’s video, you’ll hear Alison talk about how she approached the board to make the calls, and how the board members responded.
The video is less than 2 minutes long this week. So, watch it first and then grab something to drink and maybe discuss what you just saw with a colleague. 🙂
