Episode #189
Today’s video comes in two parts.
The first part features Sally Brunette. She was the major gifts officer at the Seattle Humane Society when we filmed this episode.
Sally talks about how they started reaching out to an often overlooked pool of donors in order to find more major donors. She’ll tell you what they did, and then also tell you about a positive flip side.
In the second part of this episode, you’ll meet Robin Callahan. She was the Executive director at the Issaquah Schools Foundation when we filmed this episode.
Robin’s organization was very small and didn’t know how to start a planned giving program. She’ll tell you how they started a simple planned giving program.
Do you have any tips around planned giving and finding major donors? If so, please share them in a comment box below the video. Thanks.
