Could you be stewarding your donors better?

In today’s video, Vanessa Chase shares a technique that will help you get started when it comes to stewarding your donors.  Watch the short video, then download the resource PDF Vanessa made for you.  The link is under the video.

And by the way, Vanessa will also be at the Nonprofit Storytelling Conference. Come meet her in person.  🙂

    Thanks
A great tip to get close to those who make it possible for us to exist.
    Relatively easy to execute too.

I’m glad you found the advice useful, Leo! I find surveying is definitely the easiest and most useful thing non-profits can do to improve fundraising results and donor relations.

    Thanks Vanessa and Chris!

The best tip I have is to think about the gift as the beginning, not the end. Treat folks as if they gave you a personal gift. Thank them promptly. Let them know how much the gift meant to you. Tell them you’d love to get together soon. Build a genuine relationship. Treat them like a valued friend or member of your family. Because that’s who they are — or at least who you want them to become.
