Would you like to get more gifts from your donors?
In today’s video, Farra Trompeter from Big Duck gives you three ways to retain your donors longer. The longer you retain your donors, the more donations you get.

Great reminders! I also send a personal, handwritten note around a birthday, anniversary, child’s graduation, etc. I’ll clip an article from a paper if I think it might be of interest to them. In other words, get to know your donors and what they care about! It’s about connecting a donor’s aspirations and goals with your organization’s mission in genuine ways.

Our organization is new at this, so the basic nature of it was perfect. Also the fact that Ms. Trompeter reflects on all this as a donor herself, not just someone who cashes donors’ checks, adds an accessibility to her ideas. Thank you!

loved this! Not just helps get people to fall in love with us, but a reminder to acknowledge those who do love us and are involved in more than one way above and beyond the standard thank you letter.
